These terms govern your use of this website and any research, reports, data or subscriptions provided by MPLC Research, the trading name of MPLC Group Pty Ltd (ABN 31 672 108 275) (“MPLC”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Information and forecasts only — not advice
MPLC provides information and forecasts only. Our research, reports, data, executive summaries and anything on this site are general in nature and:
- are not financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice;
- are not a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any asset, security or property; and
- do not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs.
MPLC does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence and does not provide financial product advice. Before making any decision, you should consider whether the information is appropriate for you and seek your own advice from an appropriately licensed professional.

3. Intellectual property and licence
All reports, data, charts, methodology and site content are owned by MPLC and protected by law. When you purchase a report, dataset or subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own internal business purposes. You may not resell, republish, redistribute or make it publicly available, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.
4. Purchases, pricing and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and may be exclusive or inclusive of GST as indicated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Access to purchased research is provided on receipt of payment.
5. Refunds
Because our research is digital and delivered to you immediately, sales are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MPLC is not liable for any loss or damage (including loss of profit, indirect or consequential loss) arising from your use of, or reliance on, our research or this site. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant research or paying the cost of having it re-supplied. These terms do not exclude any rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
7. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sources we cite or use. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of third-party websites.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
